SQL MINDS SCAM... VSTC and Webcluster down?

Ivan Ivanov is clearly looking to separate himself from VSTC. (OR, is he being separated by Ed Ovsenik and Mark Brecher)

First, visiontechnologycorp.com (according to Ed) is gonna be "updated". I think he said "next week".. which is now a month ago.

Then... visiontechnologycorp.com goes down. The "under construction" splash page isn't one from VSTC (which if the web site really was under construction it would be) it's from Network Solutions. A parking page...

THEN, a simple "who is" search shows a dramatic change...

Registrant: Vision Technology Corporation 8024 Glenwood Avenue Suite 205 Raleigh, NC 27612 US
Administrative Contact, Technical Contact: Ovsenik, Ed
8024 Glenwood Avenue Suite 205 Raleigh, NC 27612 US 919.881.9883

ED OVESNIK IS THE TECHNICAL CONTACT? What happened to Ivan Ivanov, CTO? VSTC was originally registered (as documented here in this blog) through Ivan's "webcluster" companies (webcluster and Data Consulting Group). Now, the registration is "direct" to VSTC and ED.

Once again, Ivan is "out of the loop". First he's not mentioned in the advertorial.. now he's not even listed as the technical contact. But wait.. there's more...

Domain servers in listed order:

The old servers were the webcluser servers.. now they are generic "co-lo" servers. Man, what's happened to VSTC and Ivan's empire?

Event Date Action Pre-Action Server Post-Action Server
2007-02-26 Transfer Webcluster.com Worldnic.com

Ivan no longer talked about... his company's no longer being used. VSTC no announcements for, or support of, SQL Minds. Ed Ovsenik and Curtis Garth talking to the grand jury. Man oh man, Ivan Ivanov is in (as my grandmother on my fathers side used to say) a "mess o' trouble"

Hey Ed... gonna be a little difficult to launch the "updated" web site and all the "new" technology you talked about if Ivan and his merry band of Bulgarian's aren't gonna be doing any work.

WAIT.. there's more. WEBCLUSTER.com is down too

C:\Documents and Settings\ping webcluster.com

Pinging webcluster.com [] with 32 bytes of data:

VSTC IS A SCAM. SQL MINDS IS A SCAM. 3 people in jail already. The rest of them are soon to be there too.

Hey, EXGTX!! Just back from Costa Rica. See that you are still "The Man" and chasing down the "Vulgarian". Tried to serve him but not at the property or hiding. Will file the suit/action Monday next and seek default judgenment if we can get him served/service. Will now amend to include jerk-off ED now that the filings definitively point to ED and his role in the Scam. Hang in there, it's going to happen. BTW, where are all of the keyboard hero's that were here awhile back?

You missed another one. Winter and shoveling too tough for you that you don't pay attention?

Check out the e-mail address used by Ed Ovsenik to "unregister" Ivan and "reregister" visiontechnologycorp.com

He's using a roudrunniner e-mail, not even a VSTC, webcluster or SQLMinds e-mail! WHAT A BUFFOON! Check it out

exgtx, dude, you gotta dig deeper than just the pings and "whois" info. DO an IP history look-up too. Lots of good info there too!

hey Ivan, nice try. you simply changed the IP and added a URL extension to the webcluster.com address. Data Consulting Group LIVES!

Maybe Ivan is exploring a side of his personality instead of working on either VSTC stuff, webcluster (Data Consulting Group) or SQL Minds stuff. Check out a web site he's involved with

I would like to know if there is a class action suit against these crooks... would like to join the ranks of trusting investors who lost over $9000 in a few months!

I bought $1,000 worth of this stock when it was over $3.50 per share. I basically flushed a "grand" out the window, right? If there is a class action lawsuit how do I sign up to try and get my money back? Is it possible to get my money back by being lured into the "hype" that this was a company that was going up up up!? I just keep waiting for something to happen like a the dumb a-- that I am just for buying the stock (but geez, they made it sound soooo good). HELP
