VSTC, the Pump has officially dried up!
In the June 04, 2006 post in this blog ("GTX Global/GTXC... the pump chronicled") I detailed the "pump and dump" tactics (blatantly illegal tactics) for pumping up GTXC/GTX Global. The claims were amazing... "Penny Stock To Gain 950% ·" "Analysis say $45" "Stock to gain 900%" and more.
With a simple google search of "RapidPennyStocks GTXC" returns an amazing 1530 promtions.
With a google search of "risingpennystocks GTXC" it returns quotes like "Huge Profits. GTXC $5, Analysts Say $26."
MAN, what a promotion. GTXC was FLYING. Analysts (who? I never saw a one) promised/promoted HUGE profits.
Then, on JULY 31, a name change to "better reflect the new direction of the company". AND, they say further in the release "anticipates the announcement of commercial agreements in the next few weeks."
WELL, if that wasn't more fuel for the pump-and-dump engine run by Oemke, Kos, Woltz (in jail) and now (apparently) run by ole Ed Ovsenik... I wouldn't know what would be. If they can promote GTXC as a $26 stock, or a $40 stock, or a $60 stock.. with upside of 900%, 950% or 1000% (all things they have said)... then ole VSTC should be a GOLD MINE..a certified winner.
BUT, look at the facts. Since the reverse split, the stock is now selling for under $2, or a split adjust price of under $1.

Change: 0.00 (0.00%)
AND, the promotion engine has done dried up too.
Do a simple google search for "RapidPennyStocks VSTC" and it returns .. (drum roll please....wait for it) ZERO responses. NOTHING, ZIP, NADA.. no promotion of any kind.

INVESTORS BEWARE.. VSTC, by any name is a SCAM. And Hagen, Kenan, Ovsenik, Kos, Oemke and the rest of these bastards are going to jail.

Given what you've been able to document, I smell another name change/scam component coming.
I saw that too. I cannot explain it, other than it's more probably a data issue with that site. No other site hints at a name other than "Vision Technology Corp." But, that said, it's not impossible. I really think, however, that these guys have more problems than which name they choose to use for the scam.

I did a search using "superpennystocks" and VSTC and (just like you) came up with nothing.
How did these guys get away with language like "Buy GTXC stock now and turn $10K into $60K in a few short months! ... Hot Stock To Soar On Huge News & Record Breaking Contracts. Buy Now!"
I pay good tax money for the SEC and FBI to do something. It can't all be about chasing terrorists, illegal aliens and crooked politicians is it?
And hey, where'd they get that name? VSTC? Sounds dangerously close to the Star Wars Vintage Trilogy Saga Collection (VTSC, but it's always quoted wrong as VSTC)
Sounds like something Hagen, or better still his son Derek would come up with. Man, what a memory jog that is.
Hmmm, wasn't he some kind of goth wanna be gamer? I remember him coming around Gatelinx every now and then. Lots of rumors about his being paid on the Gatelinx payroll as a "management liason" position or some such nonsense.
Whatever happened to the Hagen kids? Think they got anything out of this scam? I heard Andrea was or is getting married. Is Derek, and his "buddy" Leland Parker, still hanging around Southen Pines?

Was one of my first investments as a wannabe trader...
Lost about 20K so far in the GTXC/VSTC apparent scam. 5 years of savings.
What are my options at this point?
I still own about 14K of equity in VSTC purchased at around 35K at he time it was GTXC...
What can i do at this point?
Any legal action possible?
Any other victims who'd agree to join hands?

I'm not sure why the post of Leland's resume. He was, and is, nothing more than a (barely) high school graduate dilletante. When he wasn't drunk, or trying to commit suicide, he was little more than "monkey testing" for the Gatelinx products. And notice that he started his "career" as a junior in HS with Prime TV. The other interesting thing, I guess, Annette is running around NY. Dix Hills is on Long Island. And, Leland is never far from Annette (France, Bahamas, Southern Pines)
