KOS Sentencing document

Interesting that Brian Kos (the real kingpin who played David like a banjo in Deliverance) only got 45 months. He actually got two (2) 45 month sentences but running them concurrently means straight 45.

But wait…he also got recommended for the drug treatment program so if he completes that program he’ll get about 12 months off. Short of it—he does 85% of 45 months and gets 12 off for rehab if he does the rehab so could be as little as 26-27 for him

We know David was sentenced, but the documents and the pleadings are still under seal. We know the number, but until we can post the corroborating document, nothing will go up. It has been the general policy of this blog to deal in facts proven by circumstantial, investigative and corroborative evidence.

That's a funny one-JUST THE FACTS....

What you should of said was: "This blog reports info we read from the Mecklinburg website, internet, gossip from an inside croney, and hearsay."

Yeah, that's sounds more accurate...."oh but all for the greater good- making sure we tell you every detail (as we see it) about the people that have been prosecuted and whom we think should be prosecuted next."

facts do not come from rumor and innuendo, unless we can find a paper or internet trail to connect the dots. As you see over the past few months, the trail stopped (as the enterprise fell apart due in large part to the efforts of this blog) so now we report with documents and offer insights/analysis with those documents as the base. Point to anything that we've said in this blog that either was, is or hasn't turned out to be true and now with the conviction of the 6 of the biggest parts, and with more to come (why do you think the plea agreements with Brecher and Kos are still sealed?)

Prison must suck. i feel bad for Kos's two kids. Prison is far from the comforts of the Laurentians.
