Hagen's verdict and appeal were unsealed. A couple of interesting facts
Appeal
1. TOTAL is 540 months. 60 months on one count, plus 2 (two) 240 month sentences on the other counts RUN CONSECUTIVELY. Told you. Dumb fat roid'ed out jail house butt boy pissed the US Attorney's off.
2. Recommended to go to the US prison near San Diego. That way darling Andrea can come visit, or Grandpa Roy can roll down from La Jolla, or his fucking brother (who is bankrupt, and might be homeless) can visit too.
3. he's got to pay back (forfeit) $27.6Million. good luck. yoga babe Keri is off in Europe spending that money and fucking Sven the ski instructor. ("oh sven, I had to suck this little fat fucks dick to get this money. he's not hung like a real man.")
4. He's got a judgement on top of that for additional penalties of $22,500+. They are bleeding him of every last penny
But the big note is this... "Court gives notice that this case may involve other defendants who may be held jointly and severally liable for payment of all or part of the restitution ordered here in and may order such payment in the future. "
Who could that be? Ed Ovsenik? Ivan Ivanov? (who seems to be restarting his empire.. more to come including pictures, maps, real-estate records and more on ole Ivan the Terrible, his son Constantin and other family members) Curtis Garth? Lots more heads to roll....
Judgment Hagen Of course, Hagen filed another unabomber appeal. Denied.
Another interesting fact is that Herr Hagen (should we just call him "bubba's bitch" now?) has to pay back, at the rate of $50 per month the following folks

Truly a case of Justice done. Had to keep my mouth shut on this one. That's not what my sources say at the Federal Bureau of Investigations; Annette Defusco-Hagen is on the list of people they have/are still investigating and the document is still under seal....so Derek, Leland, Tom, and all you other "Hagenlovers" better enjoy your time with the nasty hag because she is next.......and that nasty scar on her tit, is far from great!.Ugh....I heard she barks like a dog when you ream her from behind...LOL,LOL!!

Why does everyone pick on Annette, sounds as if his 3rd wife got the money and skipped out. Is she the one that set him up? What do FBI sources say about that one?
Well, good question. I have inquired about that one as well.
Apparently David was down to $50,000 when he was arrested and had put $100,000 into the home in the carribean, his so called priceless weapons were reproductions and not of much value and what remained was sold as joint assests.
Jeremy Janes was involved in setting up David and was working with the govenment for 9 months recording all conversations. His third wife has filed for divorce on grounds of abandonment and is living in France. She is also been asked by the govenment to testify against Annette along with others. The reason why they have not arrested his 3rd wife is because there is no evidence on her but there is on Annette- including connections to Brecker, money laundering and off shore bank accounts.
This is all I am going to say-so you'll have to stay tuned. oh, and the government will come after those who are guilty when they are ready.....

This whole things took down so many innocent people it is sad. David Hagen approached IBM when he had this little idea. I was assigned to the project. The idea was to put his live call center people on these kiosk he would have located everywhere. Pretty good idea, but very half baked.
I gook the idea and made it work. One thing led to another and Hagan offered me a job to come in and build his little company. I did and the rest is history.
I developed a number of technologies for Hagan and cocain laiden little buddies and attorney's. We would fly around in private jets to the CES show in Vegas where David would put together a demo of my techology. Actually three of us own the patent for the Interactive TV thing, which by the way has just been brought out by one of the major cable players.
In about 2001 or 2002, someone sent me an e-mail with all the articles from Hagan's past and how he wasn't who he said he was. Not wanting to get caught up in his BS I opted to bail and enact my break up clause. Not only did Hagan renig on my contract, he never paid me and stole my technology.
Shame on me for not doing a better job at background checks. My life would have been much better off.

Gatelinx started with me, David Hagan, his wife, and Tom. I took their little idea and created the entire strategy and technology behind the company. Those who came behind simply picked up what I had done, what was stolen from me by David Hagan, and continued.
I am co-owner of a number of the patents before Hagan and his little co-horts stole it from me.
Sickens me to see articles where some Stefanic (sp?) kid was giving speaches and talking about my technology. I was the technology behind Gatelinx. (period).

I was on the tech team for Stefanik's version. Stefanik takes a great deal of credit but the core tech was actually primarily designed by a team of four people (Swanson, Knapp, Burrell and Manning). Stefanik advised, translated Hagen's requirements for them and had final approval over the designs. Then there were an additional 8-10 people who made the design work.
We re-developed everything you did from scratch and AFAIK no one had access to what you'd done. Hagen (or more realistically his lawyer) was probably just bright enough to know that if he simply used your code directly there could be legal issues.
I was an early hire, and in the first days there was talk of a team before us "that didn't work out." But we were never given any details other than some insults about the code and scalability.
Then as our code approached a usable level, he fired almost if not all of his technical staff, including Stefanik and three of the four designers.
So basically, we got screwed as well. It would be interesting to compare the two versions and see how we each handled the requirements.

The technology I developed for Gatelinx was truely revolutionary. A little before its time, but revolutionary. There is a patent for the Interactive TV component that is actually being used right now today by a few major companies.
What was developed after I left was not the same, your correct. What I built had NO competitors. It was a very complex and complete solution. What appeared to be developed afterwards was codecs and technologies that already had many competitors. I was looking at a video demo we put together when we went to the Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas in 2001. We blew everyone away that saw the demo. We had the execs from DirectTV, Microsoft, and others asking how we did it. What is funny is that I built that demo in about 2 months.
For the record, I was never fired. I quit. Someone at PrimeTV had sent me an anonymous e-mail outlining Hagan's past. That is what ended it for me. Later we ended up on court but my pockets were not as deep as Hagan's so I had to lick my wounds and move on.
The system I developed still has merit, especially today. I'd be interested in getting together with some of the folks who came along after me and meet. Since I wrote the patent with the attorney, I know what is in it. I am listed as the co-owner.

There are more players than meets the eye still out there, un-named. There is an attorney missing in action from early on. There is a right hand man. and a friend out West in Southern Cal who makes all the connections.

In my opinion, It's in the past. Everyone got screwed by Annette and David. We were all equal victims. I spent to many nights being angry at how much money I lost and how it effected my family.
I have learned from it and moved on - if you keep talking about how much you were wronged you will never GET A LIFE. Justice has been done, although I really would like to see Annette behind bars-AGAIN.
She is the most manipulative, lying and dishonest BITCH I have ever come across. She is responsible for many fraudulent deals at GTX. When are they going to get her??!!
