Hagen was "released" to transport him from charotte to raleigh for sentencing on 3/17--happy st. paddy's day.
Brecher claims to have heart problems and has had his bond hearing rescheduled as per Bennett.
Keri is probably spending Hagen's (oops I meant other people's stolen) money.

Hagen is still looking at 7-10, fines, and seizure of all assets up to 7-8 mill. Doesn't matter if Karie has it or not, it is still against him. Karie has already moved every thing from Butterfield and FCIB to Bank Leu and several others including NatWest, Coutts & Co, RBC, and Credit Suisse. Not that he had all that much left in comparison to 30.9 (whatever it was that the group of them reaped in total). Comical situation... If D & A had still been together they may have gotten away with it... oh well. Quite funny to watch things unfold. Poor davey is going to be away for a little longer than he wished to be... who wants to put a C note that Karie gets pinched in the next few months out of stupidity. And no, she isn't in Switzerland as of now.

BRECHER DENIED BAIL!! ORDERED DETAINED BY JUDGE BRITT!!!
On April 7th Brecher appeared before the Court appealing his detention resulting from the US Attorney's appeal from the Bail Order in Florida. Judge Britt ruled that Brecher remain in custody even though he was granted release on bail in Florida.
RELEASE DENIED!! Smuck stays in the slammer.

I know this may be slightly out of line (at least with the current line of convo on this blog) but do not discard the fact that Annette has been in worse places, and she has always recovered. We have a very intelligent lady here, which (while having a track record) has always rebounded. Do not be surprised if we see her running a new program in the near future and back with the 89' Petrus near at hand.

annette could be a very moody bitch, no doubt about that. Does donating money to animal shelters, taking care of birds and dogs and cats or helping people in financial need obsolve her of guilt for being involved in what she knew to be against the law??
