Brecher Talks, Dominos start to fall
As part of the plea agreement (still sealed) Mark Brecher had to forfeit a large sum of cash. Not as big as David Hagen's, um, I mean Keri Keenan Hagen's cash, but still big enough to hurt. But, not big enough so that he couldn't WRITE A CHECK FOR THE FULL AMOUNT.
$4.73 Million Dollars.

Here are 3 documents detailing the forfeiture and subsequent payment. The first is a legal requirement, the next 2 detail the payments.
This next document is VERY interesting. Based upon Brecher's help, the government is recommending a sentence reduction. He's pleaded out and will now serve 140 months for 2 consecutive sentences. 12 FUCKING YEARS. (If anyone thinks David is gonna get out before he is old, gray, a complete jail-house faggot, has grandchildren with Andrea and her 3 ex-husbands, and the new slimmer Derek after gastric bypass surgery, you're dreaming. David is gonna be in jail for a LONG LONG time)
But what's interesting can be found on page 2, at the bottom. "Brecher has provided information with regard to the Yadio merger that differs materially from certain documentation and the testimony of other witnesses. However, the Government is satisfied that these discrepancies are not due to an intentional effort on the part of Brecher to provide false or misleading information."

I'm an investor (someone that people here say is stupid or just a sore loser I guess). Does that money go back to the bankruptcy court? What about David Hagen's $27 Million?
did any former employees or owners of gatelinx get the notice of forfeiture. would they be entitled to any of that money? why on earth didn't the government post the notice on THIS site instead of some governement site no one has ever heard of. If remember right los of emloyees had claims out there....

I worked at prime tv/gatelinx in sales for a LONG TIME!! I have been quietly reading this blog for a couple of years. Some of the names are familiar, some people I have never heard of. Here is what I have learned in a nutshell...
1. David Hagens ego is the only person who has a larger ego than Dr. Bennett, who I suspect had his heart broken by Dave.
2. EXgtx is Kelly Sparks. It took me reading only the first few months to figure it out (wish I had done it sooner)
3. People should invest in gold.
4. Anybody who drags peoples kids into their parents shit should have the ass kicked. It is not their fault.
5. David Hagen is getting exactly what he deserves.
6. I should have spent the hours I spent reading this POS with my family. Sorry girls.

Dude, I don't know about you or the other internet muscles guy, but if you stayed 1 day past when you knew it was a scam and PrimeTV was defrauding customers, then you're as guilty as David. Maybe not to the level of David, Annette, and everyone else, but still guilty. If that makes you a loser and liar, so be it.

The Pilot had an article yesterday about Sam Currin. You may remember he was the former US district Judge and prosecutor that was involved in the scam and has been in prison since 2005. He was not scheduled to get out until 20011 I think. The article went on to say he was released early due to his testimony against David Hage and was instumental in helping obtain a guilty verdict against David. The article also said David had been convicted but not sentenced yet. He must be trying to cut another deal and roll over on someone else before sentencing is handed down.

hey I found this site in a weird way. I was a friend of Hagen's many many years ago.Why is there so much hate in this box? Hagen was never violent. What am I missing? Lots of hate out there. I live in the MTNs way away from all you crazies - but seriously - what did Hagen really do?
MORON.. what did Hagen do? He, Ivan Ivanov, Curtis Garth, Ed Ovsenik and others (those convicted and those about to be convicted) STOLE $30 MILLION+ DOLLARS in a stock fraud scheme.
